1. Introduction.

AI Clean Master ("us," "we," or "our") is committed to protecting users' privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") explains how users of the AI Clean Master application (hereinafter referred to as "the application," "our application," or "the App") may have information accessed and processed when using the App. In this policy, a user may be referred to as "you" or "your."

AI Clean Master is a mobile cleaning and organization tool that helps users review and organize photos, videos, and other supported content stored on their devices. The App may identify duplicate or similar photos and videos, blurry or low-quality photos, screenshots, and large videos.

The scanning, artificial intelligence analysis, duplicate detection, media organization, and video compression functions described in this policy are performed locally on your device. Your photos, videos, files, file metadata, and AI analysis results are not uploaded to our servers.

The App offers optional VIP subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Internet access may be used when displaying subscription products, starting a purchase, restoring a purchase, or confirming subscription status with Google Play. We do not operate our own server for processing or verifying your subscription.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not access or use the App. We may update this policy based on changes to applicable laws, platform requirements, technical functions, or business needs. Updates become effective when the revised policy is published. We recommend that users review this policy periodically.

2. What does this policy apply to?

This policy applies to AI Clean Master and to information locally accessed or processed when you use the functions and services provided through the App.

The policy covers functions including:

1. Duplicate and similar photo detection;
2. Duplicate and similar video detection;
3. Blurry or low-quality photo detection;
4. Screenshot and media organization;
5. Swipe-based photo organization;
6. Video compression;
7. Device storage analysis;
8. Favorite or protected-file functions; and
9. Optional VIP subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

The App does not require account registration or login. The App is not specifically directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in the user's country or region.

3. What does personal data mean and what data do we access and process?

Personal data generally means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable person. AI Clean Master does not upload your personal content to our servers. To provide functions selected by you, the App may locally access and process certain information stored on your device.

1. Photos and Videos: When you grant photo and video access permission, the App may locally access photos and videos stored on your device in order to display, scan, compare, organize, compress, or delete content selected or confirmed by you.

The App may use this local access to:

1. Display photos and videos within the App;
2. Identify duplicate or similar photos and videos;
3. Detect blurry or low-quality photos;
4. Identify screenshots and other supported media categories;
5. Group media by date or other local attributes;
6. Allow you to review, keep, archive, compress, or delete selected items;
7. Compress videos selected by you;
8. Calculate estimated storage space that may be released; and
9. Mark selected content as favorite or protected.

During this process, the App may locally process file-related information such as file name, file type, file size, creation or modification date, image dimensions, video duration, video resolution, local media identifier, similarity analysis results, and blur or quality analysis results.

This information remains on your device. We do not upload, remotely store, sell, rent, or share your photos, videos, media files, file metadata, or AI analysis results.

2. Device Storage Information: The App may locally read general storage information, including total storage, available storage, storage occupied by supported media, and estimated storage space that may be released. This information is used only to display storage and cleaning results within the App and is not transmitted to us.

3. Local App Information: The App may store limited settings and operational information locally on your device, such as language preferences, feature preferences, scan status, locally generated scan results, favorite or protected-file selections, video compression settings, and temporary cache files. This information remains on your device.

4. Photo and Video Permissions: Depending on your Android version, the App may request permission to access photos and videos so it can scan, display, compare, organize, compress, and delete media selected or confirmed by you. Photo and video organization is a core function of AI Clean Master. If access is denied, related functions may be unavailable.

5. Modification or Deletion Authorization: Certain Android versions may require additional system confirmation before an application can modify or delete photos, videos, or other content. AI Clean Master performs such actions only after you initiate or confirm them. The App does not automatically delete your personal content without your instruction.

6. VIP Subscription and Purchase Information: AI Clean Master offers optional VIP subscriptions through Google Play Billing. When you view, purchase, restore, or manage a subscription, the App communicates with Google Play and may receive limited purchase-related information required to activate VIP functions.

This information may include:

1. Product identifier;
2. Purchase status;
3. Subscription status;
4. Purchase token; and
5. Subscription validity information.

This information is used only within the App to determine whether VIP functions should be available. We do not upload purchase tokens or subscription information to our own server.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your complete credit card number, bank account information, Google account password, or Google Play payment credentials. Google's handling of payment and transaction information is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.

7. Advertising: AI Clean Master does not display third-party advertisements and does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs. The App may display information about its own VIP subscription, free trial, premium functions, or subscription offers. These in-app purchase offers are not third-party advertisements.

8. Information We Do Not Collect: Subject to the statements about Google Play Billing above, we do not collect or transmit your photos, videos, file contents, media metadata, AI analysis results, precise location, approximate location, browsing history, search history, advertising interactions, or personal content stored on your device.

The App does not use cloud-based AI to analyze your photos, videos, or files. The App does not use third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, social login, cloud storage, or remote AI processing services.

4. The purpose of processing information.

Our purpose is to provide the functions selected by you while limiting access to the information necessary for those functions.

1. Provide App Functions: Local information may be processed to scan photos and videos, identify duplicate or similar media, identify blurry or low-quality photos, organize screenshots and other media, provide swipe-based organization, compress selected videos, display storage information, and calculate estimated recoverable storage.

2. Perform Actions Requested by You: The App may locally process content when you choose to keep, archive, compress, favorite, protect, modify, or delete an item. The App does not automatically delete personal content without your instruction or confirmation.

3. Maintain Local App Operation: The App may create local settings, cache files, and temporary results required to maintain performance and remember your preferences.

4. Provide VIP Subscriptions: Limited purchase and subscription status received from Google Play may be used to display subscription products, complete a purchase, restore a prior purchase, and unlock VIP functions.

If we introduce a new processing purpose that changes how personal data is handled, we will update this policy and obtain any notice, permission, or consent required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

5. Share your information.

We do not sell, rent, trade, upload, or share your photos, videos, files, file metadata, or locally generated AI analysis results with third parties.

AI Clean Master does not use advertising service providers, behavioral analytics providers, cloud AI providers, or social login providers.

Google Play provides the billing system used for optional VIP subscriptions. When you use this function, Google may process payment and transaction information as an independent service provider under Google's privacy policy and applicable terms.

Because we do not receive or store your personal device content on our servers, we generally do not possess that content and cannot disclose it to another company, organization, or individual.

We may respond to a legally valid request from a court, government authority, or law-enforcement agency. However, because your photos, videos, and files are not transmitted to us, we normally do not have access to such content.

6. Exercise your rights.

Depending on the laws applicable in your country or region, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.

Because AI Clean Master does not maintain user accounts and does not upload your personal device content to our servers, we generally cannot remotely access, retrieve, correct, export, or delete information that remains only on your device.

You can control locally stored information by:

1. Reviewing content before deleting it;
2. Deleting content through the App or through your device applications;
3. Managing photos and videos through the device gallery;
4. Revoking permissions through Android settings;
5. Clearing the App's cache;
6. Clearing the App's storage or data; or
7. Uninstalling the App.

Withdrawing a permission may prevent the related function from operating, but it will not affect functions that do not require that permission.

7. How long will we keep your personal data?

We do not operate a server-side database containing your photos, videos, files, media scan results, or App activity.

Information generated by AI Clean Master is retained locally only for as long as needed to provide the selected function or until it is removed by you, the App, or the Android operating system.

You can remove locally stored App information by:

1. Clearing items within the App;
2. Clearing the App's cache;
3. Clearing the App's storage or data;
4. Revoking permissions; or
5. Uninstalling the App.

Temporary cache files may be deleted automatically by the App or the Android operating system. Photos, videos, compressed files, or other content saved in shared device storage may remain on your device after the App is uninstalled. Such content can be removed using the App before uninstalling it, or through your device's gallery or file manager.

Deleted photos and videos may temporarily remain in the system trash or recently deleted folder, depending on your device model and Android settings.

Subscription and payment records maintained by Google Play are subject to Google's retention practices and applicable legal obligations. We do not maintain a separate server-side copy of those records.

8. What rights do you have and how do you exercise them?

When submitting a request, please clearly describe:

1. The nature of your request;
2. The App function concerned;
3. Your country or region; and
4. Any information reasonably necessary for us to understand and respond to the request.

Please do not send copies of private photos, videos, identity documents, passwords, payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We will review and respond to valid privacy-related requests within a reasonable period and within any period required by applicable law. Because we do not maintain accounts or receive personal device content, we may be unable to identify or retrieve information stored only on your device.

9. How can we protect your personal data?

Your privacy is important to us. AI Clean Master uses a local-processing design intended to reduce risks associated with uploading personal content to external servers.

The App uses Android's permission system to control access to photos, videos, and other supported information.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to:

1. Limit access to information required for user-selected functions;
2. Process supported personal content locally;
3. Prevent unnecessary transmission of personal content;
4. Reduce unauthorized access to locally processed information; and
5. Avoid using personal data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using a screen lock or password, installing current security updates, downloading applications from trusted sources, and controlling physical access to the device.

No device, application, network, or security method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We will continue to take reasonable measures to protect the security and privacy of the App.

10. Children's privacy.

AI Clean Master is a general utility application and is not specifically directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in the user's country or region.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users because the App does not upload personal device content to us. Parents and legal guardians should supervise children's use of mobile devices and applications.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us through a direct communication, please contact us at fumaomao.dev@gmail.com. We will review the request and delete any information that we are legally required and technically able to delete.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time due to changes in applicable laws, Google Play policies, Android permission requirements, App functions, data-processing practices, or security measures.

Whenever we make changes, we will publish the revised Privacy Policy and update the "Last modified" date. Where required, we may provide additional notice within the App, through the Google Play listing, or by another appropriate method.

If a future version introduces cloud processing, advertising, analytics, account registration, remote crash reporting, server-side subscription verification, or another material processing change, we will revise this policy and obtain any required notice or consent before the new processing begins.
