Thank you for using CountAI ("CountAI", "we", "our", or "us"). CountAI is an AI-powered object counting application that enables users to count objects from photos using artificial intelligence technology. Depending on the version of the application, users may also edit counting results, add notes, save counting records, share results, and subscribe to premium features.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of CountAI available through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other official distribution channels. Some features described in this Policy may not be available in every version of the application.
When you use the counting feature, you may capture an image using your device camera or select an image from your photo library. These images are used solely to provide AI object counting services.
Unless you explicitly choose to save a counting result, images used during processing are handled temporarily and are not retained after processing is complete.
We do not use your images to identify individuals or perform facial recognition.

Some versions of CountAI may offer optional account features. If you choose to create an account where this feature is available, we may collect your email address, account identifier, registration date, and login history to provide account-related services. If your version of CountAI does not include account functionality, we do not collect this information.
If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by the applicable app store, including Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. We may receive limited information necessary to verify your subscription, including subscription status, purchase receipt, and subscription expiration date.
We may collect anonymous information regarding feature usage, session duration, interaction events, performance metrics, and crash reports.

On supported Android devices, storage permission may be requested to import images and save exported counting results.
Images are processed solely for object detection and counting. We do not use images to identify individuals, recognize faces, create biometric identifiers, train AI models using your personal images, or build advertising profiles. Temporary processing data is automatically deleted after processing unless you explicitly save the result.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers, where required by law, to protect legal rights, or during business transfers.
CountAI may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve performance and stability.

Temporary processing images are deleted automatically after processing unless saved by you. Saved counting records remain until deleted. Where account functionality is available, account information is retained while the account remains active or as required by law.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. If your version includes account functionality, you may delete your account within the application where available or contact us.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
CountAI is not intended for children under the age of 13.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards.
