DancePop is intended for users aged 14 and above and is not designed for children.
When you use AI image generation features, you may upload photos that contain facial images. These photos are securely transmitted to our servers and then to Google Gemini AI solely to generate the images you request.
Before any uploaded photo is transmitted for AI processing, the app displays a consent notice and requests your permission. If you do not agree, your photos will not be uploaded for AI generation.
We do not perform facial recognition, create biometric face templates, or use uploaded photos to identify individuals.
Uploaded photos are not used by DancePop for advertising or to train our own AI models. Photos are retained only as long as necessary to complete processing and are then deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We may collect uploaded photos, device information, app usage information, subscription status, crash logs, and technical diagnostics required to provide and improve our services.
We use your information to provide AI image generation, maintain service security, process subscriptions, improve app performance, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
To provide our services we use trusted third-party providers including Firebase (analytics) and Google Gemini AI (AI image generation). Uploaded photos required for AI generation are securely transmitted from our servers to Google Gemini AI only for the requested processing.

Data transmitted between the app, our servers, and third-party service providers is protected using industry-standard encryption such as HTTPS/TLS. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information.
