This agreement is established between StudySnap：AI Homework Scanner (hereinafter referred to as "the Product") and its members (hereinafter referred to as "Members"). It describes the rights and obligations regarding the use of this service and related aspects. "Member" refers to any natural person who has completed all membership registration procedures and uses the membership services provided by the Product in compliance with relevant usage rules. This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for Members to use the services provided by the Product. The Product has highlighted relevant exemption or limitation of liability clauses in bold or other reasonable ways. Both parties confirm that these clauses do not fall under Article 40 of the Contract Law as "exempting one's own liability, increasing the other party's liability, or excluding the other party's main rights." Users and the Product recognize their legality and validity. Unless Members accept the terms of this agreement, they have no right to use this service. Members' choice to use this service will be deemed as acceptance of all terms of this agreement.
The Product reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time. Once modified, the Product will announce the changes on relevant pages. If Members disagree with any modification, they may cancel the auto-renewal function. Continued use will be deemed as acceptance of all modifications.
Members must have the appropriate capacity and ability to bear legal liability when using this service. If a Member is under 18 years of age, they must use this service under the supervision of parents or guardians, and such use will be deemed as having obtained their approval.
This service is designed to meet Members' needs for auto-renewal. When activated, it helps prevent losses due to Members' failure to renew on time. Members authorize the Product to deduct fees for the next billing cycle from their recharge account, third-party payment account, bank card, or communication account (collectively referred to as "Account") before expiration. Billing cycles include but are not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual periods. Members can choose their preferred cycle as displayed on the platform. This service requires Members to have bound their membership account to the above accounts and ensure successful deductions.
Auto-renewal specifically means that, based on section 2.1, the Product deducts fees for the next billing cycle from the above accounts. Members must ensure sufficient balance. The Product is not responsible for renewal failures due to insufficient funds and may suspend/terminate membership rights and services.
By activating auto-renewal, Members authorize the Product to issue deduction instructions to their Account without verifying passwords or SMS codes. This authorization is irrevocable unless explicitly canceled. Fees paid will not be refunded unless otherwise required by law.
Members using this service are bound by the StudySnap：AI Homework Scanner Privacy Policy and VIP Membership Service Agreement. In case of conflict, this agreement prevails.
This service is limited to use on the Product's platform. Any separation of this service from the platform through illegal means is not covered by this agreement. Violators will bear all legal consequences, and the Product reserves the right to pursue legal action.
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually based on different plans. One-time payment options may also be available. Payments will be charged to the iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The Product offers a 3-day free trial, after which the selected product will be automatically subscribed. Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
The Product provides query methods for auto-renewal payment details but does not print invoices or forward them to Members.
The Product will notify Members via SMS or other means before expiration.
Successful deductions will be recorded on the payment date, extending the membership accordingly. Once deducted, fees are non-refundable.
In case of deduction errors, both parties shall cooperate to identify causes and bear their respective losses. For unequal faults, liability is proportional. For joint faults that cannot be distinguished, liability is shared equally.
The Product may modify this agreement due to business or technical changes, with notices posted on relevant pages. No individual notifications will be sent. Notices are deemed delivered upon posting. If Members disagree with modifications, they may cancel the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Members may choose to cancel this service. If not canceled, the Product may periodically attempt deductions. Successful deductions will activate the next billing cycle.
If service prices change before/during auto-renewal, the current prices displayed on the platform shall apply.
No additional fees are charged for this service, but the Product reserves the right to introduce fees or adjust auto-renewal cycles and costs, with prior notice.
Renewals during the membership period will extend the validity based on the original expiration date.
Members agree that authorized deductions are considered their own recharge actions. The Product and its affiliates shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
This agreement takes effect when Members accept or use this service and terminates when Members cancel the service/membership, unless otherwise announced.
Members may terminate this service anytime in account settings. Termination will stop the service.
Pre-authorized deductions before termination remain valid. The Product will not refund already deducted fees.
The Product may suspend/terminate this service due to business adjustments or price changes, with prior notice.
If either party breaches the agreement, the non-breaching party is entitled to compensation through agreed dispute resolution methods.
Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the People's Court of Shanghai. This agreement is governed by Chinese law.
For questions or complaints regarding this agreement or auto-renewal services, Members may contact the Product through the feedback portal or online customer service. The Product will respond promptly.
Headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
